Points of Dispute
Points of Dispute are prepared utilising our vast experience and costs knowledge. A detailed note is provided with the Points of Dispute outlining the key issues, recommended offers and detailed figures.
Replies
Replies are comprehensively prepared including reference to the relevant rules and case law where required. A detailed note is provided with the Replies outlining key issues and recommendations on offers. You will be provided with a detailed breakdown of the paying parties proposals and a schedule of the margins for the negotiations.
Costs Budgets
We are aware that it is very difficult to part with your files at any stage of the substantive proceedings and we therefore offer a service where cost budgets can be prepared in house where sufficient notice is given.
Negotiations
We are able to deal with negotiations on your behalf. You will be kept fully informed of the developments and detailed figures will be provided at all stages.
Attendances at Assessment Hearings
In the event that agreement cannot be reached we are able to attend assessment hearings.
Claim 2’s
Where your clients have the benefit of Legal Aid Certificates we are able to prepare the Claim 2 at the end of the process.
